Ordering Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines before proceeding with your order:

1. Pre-Orders & Catering
   All pre-orders and catering orders require at least 48 hours' notice, so please place your orders 2 business days in advance. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM will be considered as placed on the next business day, as our kitchen closes at that time.

2. Closed on Sundays & Mondays
   Our kitchen is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so we do not accept catering or pre-orders for these days. We apologize for the inconvenience!

3. Online Ordering Closed on weekends

   We close our online store from midday Friday to Monday morning, as orders are not monitored on the weekend. Thank you for understanding.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery
   We offer both pick-up and delivery options to suit your needs:

   • Pick-Up Hours: Available Tuesday – Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders can be picked up in our reception area at 3430 Prescott (one door down from the café entrance).

   • Delivery Options: We deliver to Halifax Peninsula ($15) and Dartmouth ($20) from Tuesday to Friday, between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

   • Longer Distance Deliveries: For deliveries outside these areas, please call us to discuss availability and rates!

Cancellation Policy

• Any and all order changes or cancellations require at least 24-hours notice for a full refund. Orders changed/cancelled within 24 hours of their pickup/delivery window are subject to a 100% charge.

• Please note: We follow the Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) Snow Policy. If schools in the HRM are closed due to weather, so are we. In this case, your order will be 100% refunded, or rescheduled to a later date. We will contact you as early as possible.
